Quick Lemon Ginger Marmalade

It’s citrus month. In this “hands-on” workshop, we’ll be making and canning Quick Lemon Ginger Marmalade. You’ll be making the marmalade from start-to-finish. We’ll demonstrate using a water bath canner and the atmospheric steam canner. Master Food Preserver Tom Schrader will teach this demonstration.
You can pick up your delicious marmalade the following Monday.
The fee is $20 per person. Please note there are no refunds.
