- Build self-awareness around issues of bias
- Understand and gain skillsets to work with diverse California communities through building cultural engagement skills.
- Gain an understanding of Civil Rights Compliance for required reporting processes
- Develop knowledge and skills to incorporate strategies that provide equitable access and inclusive engagement.
