TimelinessDevelopment of CATS on-line training to support the one-on-one training provided by SPU Analyst to clientele.  SPU staff have developed turn-around time frames for many of our job functions such as classifications.  Inform clientele when working with them what the time frame is so there are not any undeliverable expectations on part of clientele.Reinforce CATS on-line training as a supplement to the one-on-one training.  This may need to be reevaluated if there is a new technology implentation as result of UCPath Initiative.
TrainingDeveloped many one-on-one or on-line training modules for clientele. Example: Supervision 101.  Trainings to be listed in ANR Training Website as well as through email mailing listsContinue developing face-to-face and on-line trainings to meet needs of clientele.
