The UC Master Gardeners of Sonoma County are available to help Sonoma County home gardeners with a wide variety of common problems seen in the home garden. We offer research-based information about pest management and cultural gardening practices to help gardeners achieve success with a healthy and thriving home garden. We are trained and certified by the University of California’s Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources and we utilize the concepts of integrated pest management (IPM) to help home gardeners.
We offer help diagnosing plant problems and selecting appropriate control actions for pests and plant diseases. Fundamental to this process is our emphasis on garden sustainability; we strive to educate home gardeners on how to select the right plants for their gardens and to create garden conditions that help plants thrive and fend off diseases. We are happy to help you with your garden questions.
