About the Event

You and your family are invited to join the Master Gardeners of Sonoma County for a workshop and walking tour of the Los Guilicos Demonstration and Teaching Garden, designed to deepen your understanding of botany and how it relates to gardening.
We will delve into the fascinating world of plants as we explore their forms, functions, adaptation and ecological relationships throughout history. Topics include plant growth, flower form and function, and the basics of pollination biology. We’ll conclude with a fun discussion about the diversity of fruits and vegetables. Whether you're a novice gardener or have years of experience, this workshop will provide valuable insights for young and old alike into what’s happening in your own garden. This is a free event.
