Join the Master Gardeners and Moorpark City Library for an exciting and informative event designed to help you transform your lawn into a beautiful, drought-tolerant garden. This event is perfect for anyone interested in sustainable gardening practices and water conservation.

Learn from an expert! Laura Pasetta, Master Gardener, will provide a comprehensive guide on converting traditional lawns into drought-tolerant gardens. Discover the benefits of drought-tolerant plants, how to choose the right species, and practical tips for maintaining your garden.

Get hands-on experience in our interactive planting workshop. Participants will receive small pots, soil, and a selection of drought-tolerant plants or seeds. You'll learn the best planting techniques and care tips to ensure your new plants thrive. Take home your own potted plant as a reminder of the event!
