2021 Basic Master Food Preserver Training

We've closed the application period for the basic training course. We hope to host another class in 2022 so check back for more information!

Key dates for the current applicants:

  • Feb 12-16: Interviews
  • Feb 22: Payment of $180 due
  • Mar 3: Orientation
  • Mar 19: Food safety
  • Apr 2: Fingerprint forms due
  • Apr 2 to Jul 23: Classes and demos
  • Aug 6: Student presentations
  • Aug 13: Completion Celebration
