Start of Project (each year)
Before your first meeting:
- Attend Project Leader Kick-off Event, August 10, 2024 (RSVP here)
- Complete and turn into Club Leader and County 4-H Office the
4-H Annual Project Plan
.
Note: This document must be submitted to the County 4-H Office prior to your project being listed in ZSuite for enrollments. - Turn in Facility Use Request (FUR) to the County 4-H Office
- Meet with Junior & Teen Leaders to discuss goals, expectations and roles in the project.
At your first meeting:
- If parents will be dropping youth off, have each youth turn in a
Youth Health History and Treatment Authorization
. Keep these thru the year at meetings; shred after program year.
Note: Be sure to use the current program year version.
Planning to do a fundraiser?
All fundraisers need to be approved by the club and the County 4-H Office. Complete the Form 8.7 - Fundraising Approval . County 4-H Office approval should be received before advertising of fundraiser begins.
End of Project (each year)
- Sign all youth members Annual Project Report (APR) to show that they have completed the project.
- If an animal project, sign 2023-24 Project Completion Sheet that gets turned into the Club Leader, then goes to the County 4-H Office and then to each Fair.
- Review, discuss and sign your Junior Leader & Teen Leaders Leadership Report to Annual Project Report
