Zoom Room Troubleshooting

If you see a screen that says No Signal. Stop. Do not change any settings, and seek help from IT.

If the TV Screen is black, find the TV/Monitor Remote control, either velcro'd to the back, bottom, and right hand side of the monitor or on the desk in your zoom room.  Push the red Power Button to power up the TV/Monitor.

If you get a screen that says Waiting for Pairing, don't panic. The Zoom Controller is trying to connect to the TV/Monitor. If after five minutes it has still not connected, then contact IT for help. Please do not change any settings.
