Join us in this second class in the series focused on low acid canning. 

Join us to learn about how to make kombucha, a refreshing drink made from fermenting tea. We’ll teach you how to maintain a healthy SCOBY (a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) to make kombucha, and how to do a second fermentation flavored with various fruits.

Participants at this two-day event will learn the basics of prescribed fire through classroom-style instruction and hands-on field experience. Registration for the learn and burn is mandatory. Interested participants can register at https://ucanr.edu/learn&burn24.

Come learn about the Yosemite Gateway Prescribed Burn Cooperative and find out about resources for prescribed burning in Mariposa County in a casual setting.

Barn Cleanup and Ice Cream Social at the Mariposa County Fairgrounds.

Registration period for the National 4-H Conference is from Feb 1st to Feb 29th. Registration can be done online.
