Help - What is Eating My Rose Bush?

"Something is devouring my rose bush! It looks like a tiny caterpillar. I have tried picking them off, but they are so tiny it is hard to see them. I have sprayed it with BT but that doesn't seem to be helping. Once it was a beautiful rose bush, now the leaves look like Swiss cheese.

What is Wrong with My Rose?

What's wrong with my rose?! There is a section of this rose bush where the new spring leaves are small, yellowed and odd shaped. The shoots are stunted and narrow. Also, malformed flower buds are present. This is a typical symptom of phytotoxicity.
