Come to Rancho Santa Margarita Library to learn ways to preserve your fresh citrus fruit. The UC Master Food Preservers will demonstrate how to make candied orange peel and an orange simple syrup. You will also see how to create middle eastern preserved lemons and a lemon salt.
George Key Ranch is a historic house, museum, garden and orange grove, located in the City of Placentia. Located within the park is the George Key home, built in 1898 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
