9:00 am to 12:30 pm. All 4-H Members in Nevada and Placer Counties Traditional, Uniquely Upcycled, Favorite Decade Challenge, and Needlework items must be sewn as part of a 4-H Clothing & Textiles project (Sewing, Fiber Arts, Crocheting, Knitting, and Quilting).
