Record Book Evaluation Competitions

New for the 2023-2024 4-H year, the Annual Project Report Forms (APR) and Record Book Cycle has changed and will cover July 1, 2023 - September 30, 2024. In following years they will run October 1st - September 30th, to better align with the Tulare County Fair project cycle.

New Youth Members

If your family was enrolled in 4-H at any time during the past 5 years and you are age 5 - 19, your parent or guardian can enroll you into their existing household account that migrated over from the previous 4-H Online system into our new ZSuite system.

Returning Volunteers

All 4-H volunteers must be appointed annually. If you are a current 4-H Adult Volunteer, to continue in the next year you need to re-apply and be re-appointed by December 31st.
