Instructions for inserting a table into content. Please note that tables should not be used in order to format content.
To add a table:
- To create a table, click the Table icon in the Text Editor.

- A dropdown will be displayed to allow you to select number of rows and columns. This can be changed afterwards as well.

Editing a table:
Please note: The width and height of cells are defined automatically and cannot be resized.
- While in the Text Editor, select the table you want to edit. Table menu will appear.

- Place cursor in the row or column that will be the header, then click the option in the table menu to toggle the Header row or Header column option:
- Additional actions using the Table menu:
- Insert Column, click Column menu icon, then select Insert column left or Insert column right to add the column relative to the column in which your cursor is selected.
- Delete Column, click Column menu icon, then select Delete column.
- Select Column, click Column menu icon, then select Select Column to highlight identified column where cursor is located.
- Insert Row, click Row menu button, then select Insert row above or Insert row below to add the row relative to the row in which your cursor is selected.
- Delete Row, click Row menu icon, then select Delete row.
- Select Row, click Row menu icon, then select Select row to highlight identified row where cursor is located.
- Merge cells, click Merge cells menu icon and select the option based on location of your cursor.
- Split cells, click Merge cells menu icon and select the option based on the location of your cursor.
- Add table caption, click Toggle caption menu icon. When this is enabled, enter desired caption that will display above the table.
Styling a table:
To change the table styles, place cursor anywhere in the table and select one or more of the following styles.
