This page provides an overview of permissions within Integrated Web Platform (IWP) in Groups. It outlines the roles and responsibilities of different group roles within Drupal. Each role has specific permissions tailored to the needs of the group, allowing for efficient content creation and publication.
At launch, there will be three main roles within groups:
Group Admin, Group Editor, Group Member
Please Note: Access in IWP will be managed at a site or blog level (known in Drupal as Groups), which helps organize users and permissions. At this time, there are no page level permissions. Users who had editing permissions in Site Builder and Blogs will be converted to a Group Editor in Drupal, ensuring they can continue to manage and edit content within their designated groups.
How to Tell What Role
Once on My Account page, the list of groups and the links will help inform what roles you have for the specific group.
