About the Event

Our wonderful summer climate is perfect for growing all sorts of vegetables here in Santa Clara County.  Join Master Gardener Laura Westley to learn what you can grow over the warm season. She’ll talk about tomatoes, peppers, squash, beans, cucumbers and much more! Basic information on soil, water and fertilizing requirements will be discussed as well.

Participants should wear closed-toed shoes, layered clothing and a hat, as the class is held outdoors in our Pavilion.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to park and sign in.

Please note: the park charges $6.00 for parking, or park closer to our area on Chynoweth Avenue near Vauxhall Circle for free.
