Spring is in full swing, and we're excited to share a month full of hands-on learning, community connection, and garden goodness! Whether you're planting, harvesting, or just soaking in the sunshine, there's something for everyone this April. Here's what’s coming up:

πŸ“š April 3 – Sprouts Program @ Imperial Public Library
πŸ•™ 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Join us for a fun-filled morning of nature-themed stories and activities designed for our youngest gardeners!

🌾 April 5 – Farm Smart U-Pick Community Harvest
πŸ•— 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Bring your baskets and your enthusiasm! Help harvest fresh produce straight from the field and learn about sustainable farming practices.

🌎 April 12 – IID Earth Day Celebration (No monthly meeting this month)
πŸ•£ 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Celebrate Earth Day with interactive booths, eco-friendly activities, and community partners focused on sustainability. A great alternative to our regular monthly gathering!

🌻 April 16 – Gardening Education @ Sunflower Elementary

We're back in the garden with Sunflower Elementary to talk about soil, seeds, and how plants grow. Always a favorite!

πŸ₯• April 22 – PENDING Carrot Harvest @ Farm Smart
πŸ•™ 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Tentatively scheduled – stay tuned! If confirmed, we’ll be out in the fields harvesting carrots and sharing the bounty with the community.
