Workshops Objectives:
To increase understanding of role of wildfire in forest development and change, post-fire issues and treatment options and to provide information on post-fire treatment cost-share programs, tax issues and professional assistance for post-fire treatments for private landowners.
Attendees:
Woodland and forest landowners affected by the Butte, Sand, King and Rim Fires, anyone interested in the future of forests after wildfire, staff and decision makers with state, local, federal and tribal agencies concerned with forest management, defensible space, and water quality.
