• Elderberry as a Hedgerow Crop for California Farms -
  Website with information on cultivation, harvest and post-harvest handling, marketing, nutritional and flavor composition, and California native tribe perspectives, with special focus on California’s native blue elderberry. Includes all the results from the 2017-2020 demonstration trial. Developed by the UC Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education Program (UC SAREP).
