Attention Horse Project Members: A form for each horse must be on file in the 4-H Office at least 120 days prior to any 4-H horse event. Any member without a form on file at least 120 days prior to an event may not participate in that event. The horse must be owned or leased by the 4-H member and must be under the direct care of the 4-H member for the 120 days prior to the event. Lassen County 4-H Horse Identification Registration Form

Before your project or club starts a fundraiser, you are to notify the 4-H Office by completing the Lassen County 4-H Fundraiser Approval Form and returning it to the 4-H Office for approval from the 4-H Staff. Please allow 2 WEEKS prior to the fundraiser. Lassen County Fundraiser Approval Form
