Play is the work of childhood. Children learn important skills through their play. Creative play is one of the best ways for children to practice a variety of skills. Creating uses motor skills like cutting, drawing, and molding. Using imagination helps them practice thinking and problem solving.
Kids can learn how to take care of their bodies and minds through play. Activities in the KIDS section will help kids learn about emotions, self care, and cooking healthy food. In the PARENTS section, there are also lesson plans to help carry out lessons on food and health.
