Welcome to the ANR's online Quarantine and Regulated Pest training. All Principal Investigators and staff who work on projects that involve pests (insects, plants, etc.) that are subject to quarantine or other regulation, are required to complete this training.
Section 403 of the California Food and Agricultural Code mandates that, The department shall prevent the introduction and spread of injurious insect or animal pests, plant diseases, and noxious weeds.

The California 4-H Leadership Conferences are an opportunity for diverse groups of youth that are currently engaged in significant leadership and /or service learning activities to come together while further learning and developing their leadership and teamwork skills.
ABOUT 4-H SUMMER CAMP The Mendocino-Lake 4-H Summer Camp is a week-long camp filled with fun and exciting adventures that are sure to be remembered for years to come. All 4-H Members ages 9-13 may participate in camp as a camper. Members ages 12-13 also have the opportunity to attend camp as a Jr.
