Financial Management

Financial Policy Reminders:

  • No online banking or ATM/Debit cards.
  • Two (2) unrelated signers must sign checks. The signer may not be the same person as the payee.
  • Record purpose of check on the memo line.
  • Bank Statement cycle date must reflect the period from the first day of the month through the last day of the month.
  • Check Images are required. 
  • All fundraisers must be approved by the club and submitted to the county office for approval by the county director.
