4-H is a positive youth development organization where kids 5-19 years of age gain skills through hands-on projects. Under the guidance & support of adult volunteers, youth take on leadership roles and learn from each other. Kings County 4-H strives to help all kids in our community find their spark, build real world skills and become resilient, lifelong learners.

Teen Leadership Essentials Webinar Series - November 19, 2025
- Wednesday November 19th from 6:30-8:30 pm Youth Leaders 13 years and older are invited to learn how to take their leadership skills to the next level through interactive Zoom webinars led by the State Ambassadors. In this month’s session the focus is on goal management and decision making as a team. The workshop will guide you through goal selection and how to make decision cooperatively. Register here
Incentives and Recognition Committee Meeting - December 2, 2025
- Tuesday December 2nd at 6:00 pm the I&R Committee of the Kings County 4-H Leaders Council will be reviewing award criteria for project medals, outstanding project awards, and other county-specific awards then updating them to align with the new record book system.
4-H Fair Planning Meeting - January 20, 2026
- Tuesday January 20th at 6:00 pm 4-H Volunteers, parents, and senior youth are invited to attend and help plan the 2026 4-H Fair. This is your opportunity to offer your input and make it the best 4-H Fair yet! Hope to see you there.
