Enrollment Steps for NEW 4-H Youth Members

Follow these steps to enroll a new 4-H member.

Step 1: Choose a Club and Projects.

Choose a Club. The County 4-H Program consists of community clubs, special interest programs, after-school programs and camps. Click on the link below to find out what community clubs are offered in Placer County. You will have to choose a minimum of one club or camp when you sign up.

Contact the club. You can contact the Club Leader or Enrollment Coordinator for the club you are interested in joining to let them know you are signing up. They can give you more information about the club and the types of projects they offer.

Step 2: Submit 2025-2026 Enrollment via ZSuite

Create a family profile with ZSuite. Members are grouped by Family, so you can add all youth family members who want to join 4-H. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian enter the information.

Note: The Health History and Treatment Authorization form cannot be completed with the Safari browser, commonly used on mobile devices. Please complete enrollment on a computer. After saving this form, be sure to go back into ZSuite and submit the enrollment.
