Log In to IWP. Navigate to My Account: After logging in, click on My Account in the navigation bar. This will take you to the My Account Select the Group: On the My Account page, youll see a list of all the groups you are part of. Click on the group where you want to add content.

The Page content type is used for foundational or permanent information that may not change frequently, such as "About Us" or "Contact" pages. Pages are usually linked to from the main navigation or sub-navigation menus.
The Event content type is used to promote upcoming events, providing detailed information about what the event is, when it will take place, who will be involved, and where it will occur.
The IWP Collection content type is designed to group related pieces of content, such as articles, pages or videos, into one easily shareable unit. Collections provide a clean and organized way to present materials in one place, improving user navigation and enhancing content discoverability.
The Document content type is used to share documents as attachments or links to external sites. Documents can be used for a variety of purposes such as sign-ups, approval requests, or workflow automation.
The People content type is used to add individual profiles for staff, researchers, or collaborators, making them searchable via the search feature in the People page. Profiles will appear in searchable directories, often organized by department, program, or project.
The Tool content type is used to feature an app (e.g., YouTube) or third-party hosted tool (e.g., calculator) on your site. This content type allows you to integrate external tools that enhance the user experience or provide additional functionality.
The Video content type is designed for featuring videos uploaded directly to the site. Videos can also be added to a collection to create a series, making it easier to organize and present multimedia content.
