Once you have started a credit card survey, and added credit card questions, the next step is to move your survey out of test mode by getting it authorized. Authorization of your credit card survey is handled by an individual identified as being responsible for credit cards in your functional area.
The first step in accepting credit card payments via the ANR SurveyBuilder is to ensure that your unit is authorized to make these transactions. It is important to note that individuals cannot accept credit cards, but units/groups can. Units are tied to websites in the SiteBuilder.
Creating a survey couldn't be easier with our recently redesigned survey system. Once the survey list is accessed either through your portal or site builder site, you can easily create a survey by clicking the "Add Survey" link.
UC ANR allows many of its offices to accept credit card payments on-line in a secure, approved and controlled process. These credit card payments are accepted through the UC ANR SurveyBuilder system. Access to the survey system is either through the ANR Portal, or the SiteBuilder.
There are currently two different Payment types: "Credit Card Payments" and "Check Payments". Check Payments Check Payments allow the survey to receive Check Payments. Check Payments must be validated by hand by a survey administrator. The survey must have an E-mail question.
