Term: 2 years, renewable for 2 more years Responsibilities: In the absence of the President, the Vice President presides over all Council and Executive Board meetings Executive Board meets six times a year, alternating months with the County Council, which meets six times a year as well.

Term: 2 years, renewable for 2 more years Responsibilities: Receive, deposit, disburse, and keep a complete and accurate accounting of all the monies of the Council and its committees. Present and up-to-date financial report at each meeting of the Council and Executive Board.
