Happy Healthy Me provides opportunities for young children to explore nutrition and physical activity concepts in a fun and interactive way. The early years are the most important for nutrition because it is during this period that lifestyle eating habits are formed.
Based on the USDA's MyPlate, Go Glow Grow nutrition curriculum simplifies MyPyramid for preschoolers. It is divided into 3 sections labeled Go, Glow and Grow. Each of the sections corresponds to the effect these food groups have on the body.
