Who Can Apply Priority given to San Bernardino/Riverside county residents. If space allows, neighboring county residents may be accepted. Applicants must be comfortable using a computer and accessing the internet.
The Program Leadership Unit is organized to assist the University of California Cooperative Extension in planning, promoting and carrying out 4-H youth development work. Contra Costa 4-H Program Leadership Unity is comprised of 4-H club leaders, adult volunteers and youth leadership.
