Council Constitution, Bylaws, and Position Descriptions

Shasta County 4-H Council Constitution and Bylaws are being revised. Once the revised documents has been approved we will upload the final documents.


Administrative Oversight Committee

The Administrative Oversight Committee (AOC) provides leadership & guidance and coordinates the work of the 4-H Program Leadership Team. The AOC has the administrative authority and responsibility to approve annual and ad hoc program plans and budgets. Program plans and budgets are developed to meet the needs of all county youth engaged in all types of 4-H programs. 


Program Leadership Team

The County 4-H Program Leadership Team includes all 4-H Club Leaders, youth members (4-H Age: 11 - 18 years old), and county 4-H personnel.

Town Hall meetings are held throughout the year for everyone on the Leadership Team. 

  4-H members & volunteers are welcome at all Town Hall meetings.


Valley Town Hall meetings are held at 6:00 pm on the third Wednesday of the following months: September, October, January, April, May

All meetings are held at the Shasta County 4-H Office, 1851 Hartnell Avenue, in Redding. 

 

Inter-Mountain Town Hall meetings are held at 6:00 pm on the fourth Wednesday of the following months:  July, October, and April..

The July and October meetings are held in the 4-H Building at the Inter-Mountain Fairgrounds, 44218 A Street, in McArthur.

The April meeting is held at Geppetto's Pizza in Burney.
