People Management

An effective people manager provides leadership in bringing the team together, has excellent communication skills, is trustworthy, flexible, and neutral. They know how to engage their direct reports, treat their reports with respect, and are willing to continuously learn and practice managerial skills. They are committed to operationalizing equity, diversity, and inclusion principles in their work.

Take these steps to help you be successful and prepare for your performance reviews.
