Fresno County Master Gardener Spring Garden Tour
We are already busy planning for next year's tour. plan on joining us for a wonderful day touring some beautiful gardens.
Here's a little taste of each garden on last year's tour:
The Clark/Kendrick Garden – In the Wilson Island district, a sense of Fresno history dominates with a 100-year-old cedar. This lovely formal garden emanates the grace of a bygone era. SGT2024-Clark-plantlist
The Hughes Garden – Mature shade trees anchor this lovely English style garden while bloom and vibrant color are at its peak. A koi pond and waterfall lend tranquility to this peaceful setting. SGT2024-Hughes-plantlist
The Newton Garden – This garden may define the art of growing edibles. The amazing use of drip irrigation and bins from Australia along with the desire to share produce with others is certain to inspire even timid growers. SGT2024-Newton-plantlist
The Prado Garden – This 2-acre garden incorporates the best of two landscape styles. The front is sustainable and water-wise planted. The back is a majestic park-like setting with mature shade perfect for entertaining family and friends. SGT2024-Prado-plantlist
The Silva Garden – Serenity and privacy meet in this walled garden in the heart of Old Fig. A French-inspired rose garden is one of five garden rooms in this lovely property. SGT2024-Silva-plantlist
