County programs operate out of county-based UC Cooperative Extension offices. Select your county from the list to be redirected to the local UC Master Food Preserver Program or UC Cooperative Extension office website for more information. If you are interested in becoming a UC Master Food Preserver, training times and location vary by county - it is highly recommended to train in the county where you reside, since that is where you will volunteer.
