Were excited to announce the opening of our new demonstration garden and invite you to experience the garden firsthand. Master Gardeners began work on 11,000 square feet of property on the east side of the Loomis Library and Community Learning Center in September 2023.

Verbena lilacina 'De La Mina' The HOA (Home Owners Association) friendly beds are planted with cultivars and straight species of California native plants. These are plants that thrive in our Mediterranean climate and support local biodiversity.

We offer private, docent-guided tours of our demonstration garden in Loomis, California. This is a great way to learn about how the garden came to be, how we decided what plants to feature, and the best gardening practices we use.

Community Blood Drive Presented by Elizabeth Kadludboskis Elizabeth knocked it out of the park with her 4-H All Star County Ambassador project with an amazing gift of giving blood to a person in need. Her blood drive project worked with Red Cross and fellow member of our community.
