Returning Youth Members

2025-2026 enrollment is open!

Returning Youth Members

Welcome back to 4-H! We’re excited to have you continue your 4-H journey this year.

This page explains how returning members renew their enrollment, update information, and select projects.

Enrollment for the New 4-H Year

The 4-H program year runs from July 1 through June 30.

Returning members must complete enrollment each year to remain active and participate in meetings, projects, and county events.

Enrollment for the new year opens in mid-July.

Before You Begin

Please make sure:

  • Your family contact information is up to date

  • Medical and emergency information is current

  • You know which club you will join

  • You have chosen your projects for the new year

If you are unsure about projects, contact your club leader before enrolling.

How to Renew Your Enrollment

Enrollment is completed through the ZSuite online system.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your existing ZSuite family account

  2. Select the youth member who is returning

  3. Review and update personal and medical information

  4. Confirm your club and select your projects

  5. Submit required forms

  6. Pay the annual enrollment fee

Use the same email address you used in previous years to access your account.

If you have trouble logging in, contact the County 4-H Office for assistance.

Enrollment Fees

The annual enrollment fee is required for each youth member.

4-H Enrollment Pay Here

If your family needs financial assistance, fee reductions or waivers may be available. Please complete the enrollment fee survey or contact the 4-H Office to learn more.

We do not want cost to prevent participation.

Project Selection

Returning members may:

  • Continue projects from last year

  • Try new projects

  • Add leadership or advanced opportunities

Be realistic about your time. Choosing too many projects can make it hard to attend meetings regularly.

If a project is full, speak with your club leader about alternatives.

When Your Enrollment Is Approved

After you complete enrollment:

  1. The County 4-H Office reviews your information

  2. You will receive an email confirmation when your membership becomes active

  3. You may then participate in meetings, projects, and county events

Until your enrollment is approved, participation in official activities may be limited.

Leadership Opportunities for Returning Members

As you grow in 4-H, consider taking on more responsibility:

  • Serve as a club officer

  • Lead a presentation or workshop

  • Mentor younger members

  • Join county leadership programs

4-H is designed to grow with you.
