Afterschool and Enrichment Programs 4-H Afterschool and School Enrichment Programs is a special focus area within the California 4-H Youth Development Program. We partner with community youth-serving agencies to support quality afterschool environments.
Are you a college student with a desire to support youth and the 4-H program? Collegiate 4-H volunteers provide an essential role within the CA 4-H Youth Development Program by providing service and support to local, regional, and state 4-H programs.
4-H club officers are elected annually in accordance with the club's constitution and bylaws. Under the guidance of the 4-H community club leader and/or the officer's advisor, officers are responsible for a particular part of the 4-H club's function.
