The San Mateo County Fair is a week of fun for the whole family! 4-H members across the county compete in youth exhibition categories, including animal showmanship, arts & crafts, and food science. All 4-H youth members are encouraged to participate.

Our COSMO 4-H Committee is organized to assist the University of California Cooperative Extension (UCCE) in planning, promoting and carrying out 4-H youth development work.

Return to main Life Skills Festival The event allows members to showcase their work in five different categories. Members may enter in one or more categories, and the item must be related to a 4-H project. You may enter no more than 2 entries per category.

Return to main Life Skills Festival This is an event related to and growing out of the 4-H Clothing project. It is an opportunity for 4-H members to exhibit and model a garment made/purchased in the clothing project. Also, members not in a sewing project can participate in the several events.
