Edible Flowers 101

From the garden to the table, this class will focus on choosing, growing and serving edible flowers. Bring a little garden magic to your plate! In this demonstration, you’ll learn which edible flowers flourish in Zone 9b, get tips on how to grow them and learn how to transform everyday dishes into colorful, flavor-packed creations with blooms from your backyard.

Hardscapes – Gardens are Not Just Plants
MG RICHARD
Gardens are often defined by their structures, the items humans build into their gardens. We will look at those that pre-exist for their potential and those we add to create the style we desire. This class is about design concepts. We will showcase examples of hardscapes to consider, and ways to incorporate them for color, shape, and size from art to trellises.
