The Nutrition, Family, and Consumer Science Program helps people better manage their family and personal resources. The program provides consumers -- especially the parents of your children -- with information in food and nutrition, food safety, food preservation, and money management.
We teach safe home food preservation methods in local communities through public classes and workshops, hands-on demonstrations, participation in county fairs, content contributions to websites and blogs, and in print and digital media.
