Welcome to IWP Training!

The IWP project will enhance UC Agriculture and Natural Resources’ digital presence for both internal web editors and our clientele. In the coming months, UC ANR will transition from the homegrown Site Builder to Drupal – a more stable, flexible, and powerful CMS that will make our content more discoverable to the communities we serve. This much-needed change will bring significant improvements in how we manage and present content, as well as optimizing our content for search engines.

Support

1. Explore this IWP Training site for answers to many of your "how-to" questions; in particular, please review creating/managing "Content Types" and "CKEditor" (the text editor in Drupal).
2. If your question isn't addressed on the site, you can email iwp@ucanr.edu. We will answer your inquiry as soon as possible, but expect some delay due to high demand.
3. For more complex inquiries, schedule a one-on-one appointment with Stephen Dampier at: https://calendly.com/sdampier-ucdavis/.
4. If you would like to report a bug or other unexpected behaviors, first visit the Known Issues page; if it is not listed there, email iwp@ucanr.edu.
5. For access and login issues, you can stop by Support Hours from 3 to 4 p.m. on March 24-28. Please expect some wait time in the Waiting Room due to anticipated high demand. Zoom link
