The University of California 4-H Youth Development Program is open to all youth ages 5-19 in California. 4-H prepares young people to step up to the challenges in their community and the world. The University of California 4-H Youth Development Program is delivered in every county through the Cooperative Extension offices of UC Agriculture and Natural Resources.
